The TPC is interested to receive your views as to possible changes to rule 24 of the Tribunal Procedure (Upper Tribunal) Rules 2008 in relation to the provision, by a respondent, of a 鈥榬esponse鈥� to a notice of appeal.
Responses to the consultation will be considered by the TPC.
