Jennifer Rademaker

Biography
Jennifer joined the Ministry of Justice as a Non-Executive Board Member on 21 August 2023. She brings over 35 years of global experience in payments technology and financial services.聽She has a strong track record in leading transformative technology initiatives, driving rapid scale of products and services, and de-risking deployment of new technology and technology migrations. Before her retirement in 2024, Jennifer worked for Mastercard for 20 years in global and regional roles in technology delivery, product development, sales, strategy, consulting, and future of work. Her career includes a consistent focus on culture, engagement and inclusivity.聽
Jennifer is the chair of the board of trustees at Fine Cell Work and a NED at Fair4All Finance, ICM Mobility, and Snapper Services.聽She holds a BSc in Statistics from Lehigh University and a MSc in Statistics from Iowa State.
