On April 1 2025 responsibility for fire and rescue transferred from the Home Office to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government.
Under data protection legislation, the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government is only allowed to use personal information if we have a lawful basis to do so. In most cases, our handling of your personal information will be necessary for us to perform a task in the public interest or for our official functions.
