You must be an existing Direct Debit customer to use this form.听

This form should only be used by the current registered owner of a boat.听

When you have renewed the registration, the Environment Agency will send you a registration plate to display on your boat.听

You need to know:听

the boat name and registration number听
your boat insurance policy provider, number and expiry date听
your boat safety scheme certification number and expiry date, only if your previous one has expired听
