The London颅-Wide Initiative (LWI) scheme helped key workers buy a new build home on a designated LWI development and pay a discounted price on completion.

  • staircase: 拢200
  • remortgage: 拢50
  • sublet: 拢50
  • home improvements: 拢50
  • transfer of Equity (change of ownership): 拢50
