This standard rules permit allows you to operate a mobile plant to produce soil, soil substitutes and aggregate.
You can apply for this standard rules permit if:听

your activity meets the rules set out in the permit听

you can manage the potential risks as set out in the generic risk assessment听
You need to apply for a deployment each time you wish to treat the wastes allowed under your permit. 听
The charges for applying for this standard rules permit are:听

拢2,641 for a new standard rules permit application听

拢2,529 to transfer the permit听

拢1,519 per deployment听听

This permit replaces听听
If you cannot comply with the new standard rules permit you will need to鈥�apply to vary your permit鈥痠nto a bespoke permit. You must usually apply within 3 months of the date the standard rules was published (18 December 2024). We have extended this to 27 June 2025.听Extension to comply with new standard rules permits RPS 331.
