Details

This standard rules permit allows you to operate a construction, demolition and excavation waste transfer station.

You can apply for this standard rules permit if:听

  • your activity meets the rules set out in the permit听

  • you can manage the potential risks as set out in the generic risk assessment听

The charges for applying for this standard rules permit are:听

  • 拢2,641 for a new standard rules permit application听

  • 拢792 for a minor variation to the permit听

  • 拢2,529 to transfer the permit听

  • 拢1,585 to surrender the permit听

There is also an annual subsistence charge of 拢1,920 for the standard rules permit.听

This permit replaces:听听

If you cannot comply with the new standard rules permit you will need to鈥apply to vary your permit鈥痠nto a bespoke permit. You must usually apply within 3 months of the date the standard rules was published (18 December 2024). We have extended this to 27 June 2025.听Extension to comply with new standard rules permits RPS 331.
